ADFYWIAD GWLADGAROL CYMRU

Wales Patriotic Resurgence: Radical Welsh Nationalism is what Wales/Cymru needs right now. However, 'Adfywiadwyr' must first understand true patriotic struggle needs to be founded within a Campaign of Cymric Consciousness. Priority will be to wage struggle against 500 years of ''Cerebral Colonialism'',empowering us to prevail against ''Slavish Servitude''. Thence setting fourth to de-colonise our homeland and communities of the Symptoms and Symbols of English Imperialism and Colonialism.

What is Welsh Republicanism?

This Posting is titled WHAT IS WELSH REPUBLICANISM?

I am not going to waffle on as per usual (yes I am, well just passing comments really), regards what I think it is or not, other than say we could just as easly be asking the Question: WHAT IS WELSH NATIONALISM? So, note, just read the below item recently sent to me by David Lawrence, the only patriot I know who is attempting to write seriously on 'Welsh Republicanism' today. I am setting out then to invite a number of contemporary Welsh Patriots to make contributions to this page, regards answering the question/s I have posed above, those I have invited will be listed below. So with out further 'waffle' from me read on:

Welsh Patriotism Opposing Welsh Republicanism:

That is the usual ''Confused'' Welsh 'Brit' Patriotism. Read On:

This is J. Arthur Price writing in "Cymru Fydd" in 1890, in a piece titled "The Union of Wales and England" -"I have heard vague rumours of Welsh Republicanism, but I have never heard of a responsible Welsh politician whose loyalty could fairly be called into question. In fact, the reception that her Majesty recieved last summer in what I may now call my own fair land of Merioneth conclusively proved that some half dozen newspaper writers declaim only for themselves. But, even were this not true, I do not understand that even our phantom of a republican party in any way cherishes the absurd dream of an independant government; even if, or rather the half dozen gentlemen who compose it, would still retain a federal link between the Welsh and ''English republics." So he obviously had particular republicans in mind, some of them well known for their views being published in newspapers, and he makes it clear that they aren't in Cymru Fydd but are despised by his fellow nationalists.
David Comments: Elsewhere he refers to Welsh republicans as "Yankees republicans" and "rebels" - echoing the contempt poured out upon the Welsh Republican Movement by those in Plaid Cymru in the 1950's, when they denied that Welsh republicans were entitled to call themselves "gweriniaethwyr" and insisted on branding them with the word that they used for the Irish Republican Army - "repwbligwyr" ( I think that I've got that spelling wrong, this is written off the top of my head - I'm now remembering a word something like repyblicanod-? )

>

I doubt if Welsh Patriots are any the less clear but in fact are even more confused as to ''What is Welsh Republicanism/Nationalism?''. Thus to help get some clarification on this subjects as to ''What is Welsh Republicanism/Nationalism'', and hopefully help clear up this continuing ''Cymric Confusion'', I am inviting (seriously folks) the following leading lights on matters of Welsh Political Philosophy and theory to contribute a small piece (500 - 1000 words?) on what they consider to be true ''Welsh Republicanism''. Starting with:

1: Those who believe that ''Welsh Republicanism'' can be found annually at Cilmeri.

* Gareth ap Sion ''Celtic Valhala/Arwyr Gododdin Republicanism''.

* Adam Phillips of 'Balchder Cymru' (Cambria Band hefyd).
* Simon Foster of 'Cymru Rydd' aka ''Welsh Republican Comment''.
* Any one else?

2: Those who believe ''Welsh Republcanism'' can be found following Glyndwr?

DITTO ABOVE AS AT CILMERI? they also seek this ''Elusive Welsh Republicanism'' at Corwen and Machynlleth, especially Adam ''BC'' Phillips (Before Cilmeri?) who canot decide which colour shirt to wear, let alone which rock he may find ''Welsh Republicanism'' under?

3: Those that believe that ''Welsh Republicanism'' comes out of the 'Adfywiad Gwladgarol Fawr' of the '60's (see my PF?FWA in my AWNM&S History Archive Blog and the book: To Dream of Freedom').

Ditto As Above Followers of the ''Patriotic Princes''; Llywelyn III and Owain IV. But partcularly regards Llywelyn III and the annual Radical/Ultra/Super Nationalist Commemorative Rally at Cilmeri. Chief ''Welsh Republican Motivators'' in this period were the late FWA Commandants Cayo and Coslett, but this was their brand of 1916 Irish Up rising - Militant Nationalist Republicanism. It was only Toni Lewis of the Patriotic Front who actually attempted to write an original 'Welsh Republican Philosophy'': The Human Republic.

4: Those who believe that ''Welsh Republicanism'' begins in the 18th Century.

* Pedr Lewis ''Republican Old Timer'' and from Pembrokeshires, so will know something about Garreg Wasted, I know he knows his history and politics. Plus of course Pedr was one of the founding members of WRM I. So, I expect a lot of sense out of Pedr. Also Ifor Wilks of WRM I, if I can find where he is? I am sure he could contribute a great deal and help clarify the confusion of 'Y Cymry' regards ''Welsh Republicanism'', I think Ifor Wilks favours the period of the hoped for ''Silurian Chartist Republic 1839'' (I earnestly suggest you read his book on the Newport Rising 1839.)

6: Those that believe that ''Welsh Republicanism'' begins with the 'Welsh Jacobins' in the 1831 Insurrection and the near setting up of a 'RED COMMUNE' in Merthyr Tudful. (I have began to revise the history of this ''Popular Workers Revolt'', to date the ''established historians of the Reformer Thomas Llywelyn 'Twyn y Waun school of thought'', sees in this insurrection the roots of a ''Welsh Brit'' Labour Movement tradition. I on the other hand favour seeing it more as a ''Natural Justice Uprising'', see my writtings in due course in 'The Welsh Patriot' in which I shall be representing the Radical Lewis Lewis and the Hirwuan Common and Cefn ''Barrio'', Welsh Workers Army school of thought.(Search web for Merthyr Rising/Militants and Martyrs, also see on web 1831 Insurrection Blog.)

This period would represent those who consider them selves to be 'Welsh Socialist Republicans', here patriots as:

* Tim Richards, formerly of Cymru Goch II and of the WRSM, has much of interest to say and what he has got to say is on his excellent Welsh Republican/personal Web Site which you may find via a search on the web for 'NO MORE FAIRY TALES'. Tim Richards seems to be the only 'Welsh Republican' who seems bothered to sustain an Anti - English Monarchy Campaign'. Right On Tim! Best wishes. Others on the ''Welsh Republican Left'' who could possibly speak/write on subject of a ''Welsh Republicanism'' are Mark Jones of Cymru Goch II. Then the three Socialist ''Femme Fatales''; Leanne Woods, Gill Evans and young Bethan Jenkins of Cymru X - ''The Plaid Poppy'' Youth/Student Society.

7: Then there are those, of a ''Welsh Republican Mind'', who are annually seeking to find this mysterious and perhaps mythological ''Welsh Republicanism'' by following in the foot steps of 'Dewi Sant' in the Annual Cambrian/Tartan Centre (and maybe MHOSD?) sponsored Cardiff Parade. New Thinkers here representing the possible ''Christian Welsh Republicanism'' of the 'Miltary and Hospitaller Order of the St David' are Mark, Lord of Trelleck and Henri, Lord of Ystrad Tywi. However, seriously Folks I suggest following as possibly contributors to this on going intellectual discussion and debate on ''What is Welsh Republicanism'' are:
Ditto Above, see at 1: Llywelyn and 2: Glyndwr also 3: Any 60's ''Left overs'' aka ''Debris'' of TDoF, other than they I would be intrigued regards the ''Welsh Socialist Republican'' views of Gareth Westacott, ex WSRM and ''Patriot on the Run'', regular ''Folk Fiddler'' at Tafarn Mochyn Ddu but now it seems a ''Tartan Taff'' and maybe even one of tbe 'Knights of Saint David'. In this section we may include the thoughts of Robert Hinton, long time Plaid Poppy Nationalist but real ''Radical Renegade'' when it comes to drinking, as then he prefers the company of ''Real Rebel Republicans'' as at 1,2, and 3. I just cannot wait to hear, maybe read the ''New Nationalism/Republicanism of these two erst while ''Hen Cilmeriaid''.

8: Those who seek out a more mystical experience in a blend of esoteric thinking as to the age old question, that 'Y Cymry' have been asking themselves, since they ''blew it'' at the walls of Cattraeth. ''What is Welsh Republicanism?''

* Me, Mad & Bad but at least thinking about an answer, Then there are:

* Royston 'Jac' Jones, One time Editor of the now de-funct 'Ein Gwalad Nationalist Journal, more an Ultra - Nationalist than a 'Welsh Republican', also an original thinker, with lots to say on the problem of Wales today. Comes up with good stuff on occaision, but thinks about it rather than does it! I mean he's a thinker not an activist, all too sadly!
* Last but not least 'Y Cyfamodwr' Geoff Ifan, out and out a real Welsh Nationalist but with ''Welsh Republican'' leanings from time to time. Very dedicated and often sensible, not always as he's not yet totally grasped my 'Adfywiad Gwladgarol' , but it will dawn on he sooner as later maybe?

9: Brit Guardian Republicanism, I have not got much to say about this really, other than that it is all a bit ''Anti - Monarchy'' and seeks to remove the English Crown and see restored 'CROMWELLS COMMONWEALTH REPUBLIC'.
She opposite is laughing because she knows it will never happen! whatever, those who might speak on ''Welsh Republicanism'' here are more or less those I have named at 6: above, particularly those of ''Plaid Poppy''. Not least, I suppose Adam Price of ''Rainbow Republicanism''.

What about ''RED REPUBLICAN RAY 'Labour' Davies?''
10: The Real Thing? For that go read posting on a 'New Welsh Republicanism' in The Welsh Patriot at: http://welshpatriot.blogspot
The best contribution yet! by David B. Lawrence.
I really do suggest you pay attention regards what David as to say and engage in the 'New Welsh Republican' Discussion and Debate. I know some will think that I have been ''taking the P***! regards much of above but ''C'mon Cymru'', lets get this ''Welsh Republicanism'' sorted out as it is all a bit of a joke when represented by certain ''Politically Challenged Patriots'', but there is always hope for even they? Seriously folks, anyone aforementioned who does want to make a serious contribution to this matter regards clearing up ''Welsh Republican Confusion'' or just explain what they are up? I will consider posting ok!
>
To conclude I would suggest that there is a great need for a 'Welsh Republican Convention', convened with the purpose on discussing and debating for some kind of agreed upon 'Welsh Republicanism'' that may be seen as conventionally agreed to by the majority of those who would want to truelly describe themselves as 'Welsh Republicans'. Not as a ''Label/Flag of Convience'' as some use, to kind of make them look diffrerent from Plaid Cymru Nationalism, when in fact they are but ''Militant Expressions'' of an ''Ultra - Nationalism'', not even ''Radical Nationalists'' as I would want 'Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol' to be. Then there are those, or rather one person who uses this ''Republican Label'' as a ''tag on' to his ''super Patriotism'', partcularly to introduce himself to real Republicans in Scotland, Ireland and Cornwall? This is the worse use of the term I have seen being used in Wales, for in reality it represents total ''DILETTANTISM''. I would then propose that those of sound 'Welsh Republican Mind' annually gather and meet in Llanidloes on or about the 20th Ebrill, not only to commemorate the start of the Llanidloes Insurrection of 1839 but to hold a 'WELSH REPUBLICAN CONVENTION'. No marching about; parading, posing and posturing but rather getting down to the very serious busness of ''Kick Starting'' some real Welsh Republicanism, back to life. Please, do not ask me to organise or be involved in, as I have enough to do with all my blogs and AWNM&S Hist Archive.
>
I am sure this can be further advanced via the Republican Forums, again I will leave that to others, my contribution will also be in form of, my more and more advancing knowledge and interest in the post 1536 (Land Wars) to 1935 (The Stay Down Strikes) history of Popular Rebellion, Protests and Strikes. Believing that it would be far better that any 'New Welsh Republicanism' associates with this Welsh History than continually with ''Welsh Medievalism'', which possibly has reached it's ''Sell by Date''. What do you think!

That's it folks!

Lotta Continua!

Yours Radically!
Gethin 'Iestyn' Gruffydd.
PS: Remember Celebrate 14 July 1789.

Pelagius,

Welsh Heretic or Religious Radical?

Patriots for Pelagius and Pelagius for Patriots?

Or Stick with Saint David?

The Yellow Cross of Heresy.

Plus other matters appertaining to ‘Dydd Dewi’

and his...

Yellow Cross Flag.

Introduction & Scene Setting: I am motivated to post publish this item by recent continuing rise of interest by certain Welsh Patriots in promotion of Saint David, seemingly an endeavour to strengthen the Welsh Identity in eyes of the world. I am minded to look into this recent ‘’Patriotic Religious Revivalism’’, much of this prompting and promotion of ‘Dydd Dewi Sant’ and associated ‘’Patriotic Parading’’ is in part motivated by commercialism the in interest of Cambria Magazine and the Tartan Centre who are the main sponsors of the annual ‘Dydd Dewi’ march in Caerdydd. Their followers I often refer to as “Tartan Taffs’’ but behind this ‘’Colourful Celticism’’ and “borrowing’’ of Scottish Traditions are the post Devolution Dilettante - "Dubious Devotees" of an arising new “Pseudo Patriotic Quasai Religious Revivalism” of the ‘The Knights of Saint David (MHOSD - Miltary and Hospitaller Order of Saint David).

Mark Roberts aka

Lord Marcher of Trelleck,

The ''Sovereign Grand Master of the Order''.

Not much liked by Labours Paul Flyn, that's for sure (see web).

Another noble ''Knight of St David'' (MHOSD) is Henry Jones Davies, editor of Cambria Magazine, not sure what rank he his but has much to do with ''regalia'' aka ''Cilts'' etc. then there's dear old Toni (RIP). As he would Co - Founding to the end and yes Toni was their ''Badge & Baner'' maker, but more on all this at another time. Stay tuned for an exclusive!

I see such as a form of “Dodgy Decadent Dukes Victorian exclusive Style Pseudo Patriotism'' which is ultimately distractive and works against a true inclusive secular and popular National Struggle as promoted by ‘Adfywiad Gwladgarol’. So, we are opposed to this post ''Devolution Dilettantism'' and almost ''Mysterious Masonic'' distraction away from our Alternative Nationalist Movement and Struggle. Further and full details regards the Miltary and Hospitaller Order of Saint David will be given due recorded place in my Alternative Welsh Nationalist Archive with supporting comment, taking such in a pure historical perspective. Other commentry material will be posted in THE WELSH PATRIOT, with others being invited to contribute articles, as to be honest I am getting bored to death with all this ''Flippant Fantasy''. Unfortunatly the ANM&S is indeed becoming a Patriotic Fringe of the ''Good Ole Boys'', ''Peripheral Pint Pot Patriots'', ''Tartan Taff Tom Foolery'' and not least ''Romantic - Retro Republicanism''. I want to move on so after this posting I hope to conclude on such miserable matters appertaining to the post ''Devolution Dilettantism'' in an age, in which I am witnessing the demise, decay and dieing of 'TO DREAM OF FREEDOM'. My, still regarded ''Old Comrade'' and fellow 'Cyfamodwr' Geoff Ifans often jokingly talks about the ''Last Man Standing'', I think that time has arrived unless 'Yr Hen Cyfamodwyr' get their knees from between their legs and look up at the bright 'Yellow Sun'' of an hoped for ''Adfywiad Gwladgarol Newydd?''

In this ‘Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol’ at the moment stand alone, as other perceived patriots are easily ‘’DUPED’’ or sit on the fence and fear to come up to scratch, as example all to sadly ‘Yr Hen Cyfamodwyr’ many of whom have links back to the great ‘Adfywiad Gwladgarol’ 1962 – 69. But who knows?

As for the existing so called “Welsh Republicanism”, this ‘’Romantic – Retro Rubbish’’ as exemplified by ‘Cymru Rydd’ and ‘Balchder Cymru’, thankfully both silly ‘grouplets’ now in state of ‘’implosion’’, are showing just how much ‘’Politically Challenged’’ they are. The obvious ‘’Dilettantism’’ of this ‘’Knee Jerking Patriotism’’ shows in their usual posing and posturing from Cilmeri to Caerdydd exposes they as far from being ‘’Patriotic Prophets’’, are but now "Pooodles" as others who are so easily misled by the Pied Pipers that play tunes of pseudo patriotism. As example see photos below of Adam Phillips of 'Balchder Cymru', He moved from a rather ''Croat Ultra'' appearence to that of ''Sweeky Kleen'' Drummer boy in just six years. Moving gracefully from ''Fflintshires self style Freedom Fighter'' to a Drummer Boy in 'Band Cambria' as Tommy Cooper would say ''Just Like That'', ''Only in Wales?''

Adam first came to my attention in 2000, at a CyIG Glyndwr day protest rally at the 'Assembly of Appeasement', over the years to follow he became an enthusiastic follower of Embassy Glyndwr events and a keen carrier of the 'White Eagle Cross of Welsh Resistance'. Oh yes! how could I forget Adam loved dressing up as a Red Shirt? A Balck Shirt? and now a White Shirt?
For a time 'Balchder Cymru' had also functioned under the name of Mudiad Rhyddhad Cymru, the honorary leader of both was former FWA Commandant Denis Coslett (RIP). It is perhaps ironic that for sure Denis Coslet and other '60's 'Adfywiawyr Gwlatgarol' marched to the fore and led the way forward in true patriotic struggle, not followed to the tune of Pied Pipers up blind allyways of going no where?

Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol, remember your primery banners are of Warriors not Saints? Adfywiadwyr we need some more 'Baneri Llywelyn', so how about making some and while your doing that also remember that one day the truth will prevail and our ‘Solitary Struggle’ will make us stronger and committed to our Cymric Cause, but potential ‘Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol’ I remind that you must, if to be an ‘Adfywiadwyr Agit – Prop Activist’ be fully aware that it is crucial you SELF EDUCATE TO BE FREE! So begin that Self Education here, at the roots of our Celtic Heritage. At all times do not accept anything as true, even the history you are handed down, be it by the English or by our own ‘’Welsh Establishments’’ of today or in the past, nor those as ‘’The Knights of Saint David’ who might dish out more lies. Radical Nationalists be of your own ‘Patriotic Mind’ and only then will you be potentially an ADFYWIADWYR GWATGAROL GWIR. Now read on:

Found in my archives a copy of this letter originally sent to Y Faner Goch 16 – 4 – 1998.

"If we are to Reform Wales, to restore our tradition of co-operative independence, we must attend to the spiritual perversions that afflict the Nation. One of the oldest and most damaging of these is the cult of St David. He was sainted by the Catholics for denouncing the man who denounced child molesters in the Catholic hierarchy. St David used a satanic trick to cause the ground to rise, and persuaded the Celtic “Bishops" to abandon their traditions and join their church to the perversions of Rome. He is unfit to be a national Patron. If we must have a Patron to celebrate on March 1st, he should be Pelagius, the humble poverty living Celtic monk who had denounced the corruption and depravity St David defended. To call someone a Christian is an insult. It says that they go along with all the perversions of the teachings of Jesus introduced by Saul-Paul. The Sermon on the Mount turned to the service of the State, a fundamental betrayal’’.

>
Also out of my archive a letter written to Western Mail.

>
The Rev Eric Jones, Unitarian, should be pleased not to be associated with the Christian Churches. He should see that Christians are the creation of Saul-St Paul, the man most quoted by Christians, so that the fundamental teaching of Jesus is forgotten and disregarded. Saul, failing to suppress the teaching, had a blinding revelation, and subverted the teaching instead. Obedience to the Slave master and to the hierarchies of the Church and the State becomes the message. The Brother sisterhood of Mankind is forgotten. Ilyan ap Pelagius. 6 June 1999.

>
My comment: All this is a bit above me, to be honest I am not really up on the history and theology of the Early Christian Church but it looks to be a fascinating study in relation to our preparing of a new ‘Adfywiad Gwladgarol’ Patriotic Philosophy,. So, yes! We should all look into this a lot more and not take what the ‘’Brit Tudor Protestants’’ and ‘’Victorian Cultural Nationalist’’ handed down to us, nor before them the early Christian Church that overcome our native Celtic Pagan beliefs. I suggest we all seek some ‘Adfywiad Gwladgarol’ truth, I propose we all research and read, then discuss amongst ourselves to be prepared to debate with other patriots. The Big question is, do we stick with ‘Dewi Sant’ or be in solidarity with Pelagius "the Heretic’’ and natural fellow ‘Adfywiadwr Radical’ or do ‘Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol’ say a ‘’Curse on both all your Christian houses’’ and revert back to our ancient Pagan Celtic beliefs? Thinks on it! (For information on Celtic Festivals contact
arianrhod@ntlworld.com) For further material on Pelagius, go read recent ‘Pelagius Posting’ our ‘Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol’ companion blog: THE WELSH PATRIOT. In relation to above also read below:

>

I will remind that it is said that on the 20 September 1415 Owain Glyndwr died, we know he did not, but all the same further note that the 'Battle of Azincourt' was fought on the 25 October 1415. Many Welsh men were to fight for the English against the French, as example the Arch Traitor 'Davy Gam'. Thus the reward for this "Welsh treachery’’ was to be marked with 1 st March being, on the request of Henry V being declared a day of festivities to celebrate his victory over the French. Not really such a great commemorative day for 'RADICAL NATIONALISTS' to be celebrating really. Kind of in the spirit of 'Davy Gam', so please patriots keep in mind of greater importance to you is the celebration of 'Dydd Glyndwr' 16 Medi 1400 and 'Dydd Coroni Glyndwr - Dydd y Senedd Glyndwr 21 Mehefin 1404. So what about the Cross of Saint David?

If that were not bad enough, there is much of a rather ''dubious nature'' concerning the 'Baner Dewi Sant', in the first instance it is no more than a contemporary ''Anglican Dis - Established Church'' emblem invented about 1922 and adopted by 'Brit Army' 38 Welsh Division, in time for WW II, I believe. In recent times it was reinvented as a ''Pseudo Patriotic Flag'' by Ex - Cardiff Drugs Squad Officer, Cardiff Business man, John Wake who also ''landed us'' with a ''Cilt Cymreig'' as worn by those who I choose to describe as ''THE TARTAN TAFFIES''.
>

Now this 'Yellow Cross' is also featured on the ''Uniform/Costume'' of the 'Knights of Saint David (MHOSD). It is rather surprising that the 'Anglican Church' took to the 'YELLOW CROSS' as for much of it's history it has been a associated with HERETICS. You see, repentant heretics were made to wear the Yellow Cross on their clothing, most famously associated with the poor Cathars, much massacred by the Catholic Church. it may be of interest to you that it was on the 1 st March 1244 the Cathar Citadel of Montsegur surrendered and on the 16 March 1244 over 200 unrepentant Cathars were burnt in an huge cage of wood and hay. This I would call total commitment by a faith that could endure flames, declared heretics the Cathars were to suffer a very cruel fate from ''Fellow Christians''. A good read on the history of the Cathars is 'The Yellow Cross' by Rene Weis, published by 'Viking' a Penquin Publishing imprint.
>
Lepers were also forced to wear the ’Yellow Cross’, given these connections like I said very surprising the 'Anglican Church' in Wales adopted the 'Yellow Cross of heresy? Note that hand in hand with this re - invention has been a campaign to have this St DAVIDS YELLOW CROSS placed on the Union Jack, now do you want Wales represented on the 'Union Jack' by any Welsh Symbol, no! not really, but do you see the devious motives behind promoting the 'Cross of Saint David' as a true Welsh/British symbol?

>
So what is so called "Nationalist" Robert Hinton up to, in being to the fore in promotion of this pseudo Welsh Symbol? I might be wrong, I apologise if I am but was not Hinton's father an Anglican Chaplin in the British Army? Whatever? it may be the factual truth that the 'Cross of Saint David' is in reality is a 'Gold Cross', but then 'Gold on Black' is a ''Papal Colour' and the 'Anglican Church in Wales' could hardly be playing a good card by use of those colours in a land of Non - Conformists, could they? Thus the use Yellow, but again unfortunate and odd choice for 1921/22, just a few years after WW I for a yellow cross was used to mark out Musturd Gas Canisters, charming? Must have made WW I Welsh Vets unsympathetic to the ‘Anglican Yellow Cross of Saint David. On the plus side for a yellow cross maybe, is fact that Sweden uses the ‘Yellow Cross’ on their flag but so do their Neo – Nazis Organisations! HHHhhhmmm!!!

>
Having learnt all this some time ago, I decided to invent my own 'Baner Dewi Sant'. However, now fully appreciative of the ''Welsh 'Azincourt' Treachery, I am more inclined to use this flag now as an 'Adfywiad Radical Heretics Flag' . If one accepts that ''Heretics'' were the first ''Radicals'' and in a way ''Revolutionary'' and that Wales produced PELAGIUS (Morgan), a really great ''Religious Radical'', very ''Revolutionary'' for his beliefs and the times, then maybe my flag has seen here could be a flag we associate with Pelagius? What do you think? got a better design? Or may be just a ‘Yellow Cross’ on Green? What thinks thee?

This is however, similar to the Flag of Devon, although there is a black border around their Yellow Cross. Have not looked up the history of Devon's flag but if you want to try, then search out web sites as the excellent FLAGS of the WORLD. Lots of Welsh Material on this great web site.

>
Back to Glyndwr, I appeal to all 'Radical Nationalists' and true Patriots not to ever fly 'Baner Dewi Sant', nor march directly behind such, as such is in the spirit of Davy Gam the traitor. Surely more appropriate for us, is always 'Baner Glyndwr' which would also be in the spirit of Henry Gwyn 'Arwr Glyndwr, who fought at Azincourt with the French against the English. Patriots remember 2007, marks 1407, a bad year for Glyndwr and the Welsh Freedom Cause as the English start to besiege Castell Aberystwyth. So lets lift the 'Ysbryd Glyndwr' this year by seeing more and more 'Baneri Glyndwr' on display OK! and if you just got to go on the Cardiff 'Dydd Dewi’ parade, make sure your marching clearly behind a stack of 'Baneri Glyndwr' and not behind a pack of 'Baneri Dewi', possibly also I suggest ‘Radical Nationalist’ march towards the end with some little clear distance between they and the main body of marchers "pooodling along" behind ‘Baner Dewi’. Maybe, I suggest a few of you collectively get together and make an huge banner declaring: ‘WE WANT WELSH INDEPENDENCE NOW!’

to make absolutely clear that you are "Independent minded patriots/political radical nationalists’’ and not the "Childrem of Hamelin’’ nor the “Cannon Fodder” of the ‘Knights of Saint David’. If you do not, it will look as if you could be supporting something you are not, so do keep a distance, and be ready one day, when you have wised up to "Turn To The Riight"’ down toward ‘Bae Caerdydd' to stand on steps of the ‘’Assembly of Appeasement’. THAT WAY YOU ARE SURE TO KEEP THE FLAME OF FREEDOM BURNING BRIGHT! >
Marching in the footateps of Owain Glyndwr.

I would further suggest that as there is no opportunity to discuss all these matters and organise very much for this years Political Radical Nationalist contribution to ‘Dydd Dewi’ in Caerdydd. If your not convinced about ‘’Turning Right’’, then at least make independent individual group "Atonomous Action’ at the "Sham Senedd’’ during the morning. Then all of an ‘Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol’ mind meet up at Tafarn Cayo prior to the ‘Dewi Day’ Parade to organise yourselves as a true ‘CYMRIC CONTINGENT’ also meet and socialise afterwards in Tafarn Cayo to plan and prepare for next year and even bigger and better ‘RADICAL NATIONALIST – CYMRIC CONTINGENT.

That’s the way any ‘Adfywiadwyr’ would be doing it, leading the struggle forward by means of ‘Autonomous Adfywiad Action’ as we did in the Adfywiad Fawr 1962 – 69, not as now the ‘’Duped Dummies’’ that follow the Pied Pipers of Speudo Patriotism. A final message in this regard a number of ‘’old timers, not needs be the ‘’Good Ole Boys’’ but those who are perhaps now being exposed as ‘’Pointless Pretenders’’ to the leadership of the Alternative Nationalist Movement and Struggle, as all to sadly ‘Yr Hen Cyfamodwyr’ with good links back to the ‘60’s Adfywiad. They also are now proving to be ‘’FENCE SITTERS FEARFUL OF FIGHT!’’ Given such truths of the present and the past I remind you all of the words of Che Guevara:

What this speaks loudly of, his trust not in leaders but only in yourselves, this is the way of the Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol Newydd’. Che was right of course, only the people can arise to truelly Liberate them selves but still there is always need of the ''Revolutionary Cadre'' to Organise, Educate and most importantly, then AGITATE! 'Adfywiadwyr Gwatgarol' must be always ready and prepared to follow the 'White Eagle' at all times; Politically educated and trained in the organisation and carrying out of 'ADFYWIAD AUTONOMOUS ACTION'. To ''kick off'' in that direction do a web search on ''White Eagle'' and much material will come up on Polish Nationalism. Have a good read on much there of great use to 'Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol', then follow it up with a study of Baltic Nationalism. Give Ireland a rest for a while.

>

St David Cross Flag Overkill: looking at all those St David's Crosses in the annual Cardiff Saint David Parade, just makes be think of the NF/BNP Rallies with their mass use of the 'Cross of Saint George', shut your eyes and think about it, I am sure just one big one would make the point better with lots of smaller ones spread through the parade. But all those 'Yellow Crosses' up front just some how gives the wrong impression, trust me guys this message is in good will, go on think it over really does look a bit ''Fascist'' or maybe ''FALANGIST?'' (if your none to up on ''Fascism'' or ''Falangism'', search up on the web ok!).

>
He below would not like all this stuff, so you had better look up Socialism and Communism too, by the way who is he? and where will you find his satue in Caredydd? That should not be too hard.

>
So, dear fellow Radical Nationalist? are you ready to punch your way out of the ''Patriots Prison?'' and awake and arise as an 'Adfywiadwyr Gwlatgarol', decide on ''D - DAY'' + 'Dydd Dewi' = 'Decision Day!

Fin! Apart for the 'Coming Your Way Soon Advance Announcement'. A posting some time in the summer, a special feature on Patriotic Tattoos, if you have any please send and no I do not want any tattoo pics of 'Three Feathers', Leeks or Daffodils ok! Dragons may be but not the ''bog standard Cymru am Byth'' ones. I mean ones that describe clearly nationalist image and declaration, I have the following tattoo of a 'map of Wales in Green on 'Y nodyn' in Red' with 'Cymru' and 'Pleidiol Wyf I'm Gwlad'. on my forearm, done in my Patriotic Front days. Only last year, I thought what theH***! and had an ivy leaf tattoo on my hand, to my daughters distraction, ''what have you done dad?'' to which I replied ''Love and Hate'' next (yn Cymraeg wrth cwrs) on my knuckles??? No Kidding! but on the other hand, I am envious of the 'Baner Glyndwr' Tattoo below, so that's the next one for sure. So please send me your ''Pat Tat Pics'' ok! If you do not want your name associated, just say so. See below:

If you cannot take all these crosses, try the 'Fleur de Lys', which the THE TATTOO ENCYCLOPEDIA by Terisa Green describes as a 'Symbol of Freedom from Oppression' due to it's association with Joan of Arc. See below picture of a 'Patriotic Biker' Girl's Tattoo:

But what about this one below, go on eat your heart out 'Adfywiadwyr':
