POST SCRIPT
Having seen via film and heard by other means the results and consequence of CBRD and seen a number of defunct Welsh Republican Web Sites, I am of the oppinion that Welsh Republicanism of the 'old school' died with Cliff Bere and any such since has just been a blip with no solid foundations to sustain any for real radical Republicanism. Only Nationalist Republican nonsense as Cymru Rydd and when it suits them the Balchder Cymru so called Republican crap playing to the gallery of Liverpool Irish Republican bands. So treat below -14 July proposal as just a pleasant day out which will be a big change from Crachach Cardiff Bay.
I shall instead of further advancing idea of a WRM III or whatever, I now consider there is more hope in capturing the spirit of the Irish Republican Congress via a RED COMMUNE CYMRU ALLIANCE as part of the Insurrection 1831 International Commemoration annually at the Head of the Valleys (Aberdare/Hirwaun/Merthyr) annually.
