Racism in Wales: We Are Not Poles Apart.

The Issue of 'Mewnlifiad' aka ''Inward Migration'' has risen up again, this time it is not so much ''English 'white' Settlers'' whom are exercising the minds of 'Cultural Nationalists' but also peoples from other lands, particularly the Poles. The issue of so called ''English Settlers'' is a matter of Economic Colonialism as position where I begin to seek some sound policy on the matter, and so first I must deal with what in recent times has also been referred to as ''White Flight''. (who first coined this?)

I am not of the ''Knee Jerk - Supa Patriot'' mentality to just mouth off anti - English ''neo-racists'' sentiments, which one unfortunatly from time to time hears spoken from the Cilmeri Cenotaph, which then makes one think of that rally having somewhat of the nature of a KKK gathering. To my mind the annual Cilmeri Commemoration should be about still, the reason why it was initiated in 1966 by the Patriotic Front, as a focus of patriotic opposition to the investiture and the English Monarchist claim to have Sovereignty over our homeland. Useful to note in these years that mark the 40th anniversaries of 2006/7/8 and 1969 the 'Adfywiad Gwladgarol' Anti - Investiture Struggle Years. Please note what follows might seem a major deviation from main content purpose of this posting, but there is a very good reason for the deviation, as further on I shall be writting a lot about 'WHITE EAGLES' and that gets a lot of people over excited, regards ''Militant Welsh Resistance'' of the past,so the following. I am also in these times critical of 'Meibion Glyndwr' and it's ''Arson War'' (See on web, the Arson Campaign against German Religious Settlers in Montana, no not in distant past but quite a recent occurrence), considering they had got it quite wrong burning 'Welsh Cottages', would it not have been better to have repossessed them in the name of local peole and ''Squatted'' them with the local 'homeless''. I am not for one moment going to suggest where Meibion Glyndwr might have best been much better preoccupied, as to do so would get me in quite a lot of serious trouble, besides as I would not advocate such now, there is little point in conjecture about the past, is there? Regards issues of 'Political Violance' today in a Welsh Dimension, not only is it strictly No! No! I say this for a verity of reasons, of which I touch on from time to time elsewhere but pretty stupid really given all the Hi-Tech and keeping well in mind the fact that the the 'BRIT S.S' have the 'Alternative Nationalist Movenement' well in the bag. You got to be pretty stupid not to realise, just how deep 'BRIT S.S.' is embedded within both ''Alternative'' and ''Traditional'' wings of the National Movement and it's struggles. I have long suspected that 'Brit S.S.' embedded an ''Orchestra'', (with multuplicity of roles) in Plaid Cymru during WWII and it has been there, or on it's fringes ever since, As for the 'Alternative National Movement' , that has been an area which it is so easy, to ''turn'' patriots within and to penetrate agents into, that M15 must use this ''Welsh Political Area' as their ''safe'' training ground for future agents, who of course will go on to bigger, better and certainly more dangerous things (as maybe? now who comes to mind). Plus of course there are, as ever the 'INFORMERS' , of which we have always had plenty, that's for sure as for example 'SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS'.

Whatever, today I would say, that if we ever had to resort to such violance, as in the 60's, it might be worth while taking aboard that we have ''Lost It!'', if you get my point. Regards our 'White Eagle', well with all this CCTV about, it no doubt is becoming impossible to daub slogans any more, as we once did in the ''good old day''. Maybe it's time the 'White Eagle Cross' and White Eagle flag got a bit more ''respectable''. To such ends do note the ways and means by which the Polish White Eagle is so used without losing any of it's sound couragous commitment to Polish National Consciousness and Identity. We Are Not Poles Apart, is title I opptimistically gave this posting but really the Poles and the Welsh are ''Poles Apart'', the Poles and the Baltic Peoples; Lithuanians, Latvians and Estonians are fiercely 'NATIONALIST', and the WELSH ARE NOT! The immigration into Cymru of 1000's of Assylum Seekers and ''Economic Refugees'' in recent years is something we have just got to accept 'END OF MATTER', Wales has since the 19th century been home to such peoples, particularly English, Irish and Italians. Since WW II 100's of Poles have settled here and now 1000's more arrive and along with them peoples of the recently Liberated Baltic States. What's wrong with that, these peoples can teach us much, and hopefully by ''intermarraige'' with the Cymry infuse our ''blood pool'' with some real nationalist patriotic pride and political courage. I remind that as far as so called ''Economic Refugees'' are concerned, they are doing no different than what 1000's of Welsh People did within the British Empire and regards fleeing to England in times of 'Economic Depression' or simply to better themselves as they do today. As for 'Assylum Seekers', C'mon Cymry, particularly patriots remember there was a few of us who have sought Political Assylum in Ireland, as Bretons did there post WWII and Basque Children did here during the 'Spanish Civil War'. I have worked in London with both 'Economic Refugees' and 'Assylum Seekers' and find they have more to offer, than we can oppose, it is largelly a Black and Phillipino staff that looks after my Mam. now in care. In my work in Catering in London, I have worked with Cockneys, Scots, Jamaicans and Eritrean and Biafran peoples, as well Fins, Brazillians and Spanish people. Indeed we are all ''Brothers of the Ox''. So yes! I am with all who are stacked up against Racism, and will remind Welsh People who are most unfortunatly being lured to support the BNP *, please be fully aware of how we, 'Y Cymry' were once for many centuries and often still are, the Victims of Racism be it of the diatribe sort ''Taffy Was A Welshman, Taffy was a thief....'' or of the Economic kind of the medieval system of ''Welshry'' and ''Englishry'' and English Castle Borough Town. * See http://assyrianrod.blogspot.com

I recently had opportnuit to research the Merthyr Guardian for it's early years in the 19th century and amongst much came up with this other little gem, by way of a reply by an ''Angry Taff'' to what an Irish Catholic Priest in Liverpool had said. It really got the Welsh Excited when he, this priest had referred to: ''Those little Sqeaky Welshmen'' Who were they? I will inform you who they were and what they did, to call for their condemnation, many years after the event by an ''Angry Priest''. I hope it is not lost on you that both the Irish and Poles are a Catholic Peoples, the Poles are far luckier than the Irish, in so far that this ''Welsh Orengism'' no longer exists in such great degree as the Irish had to put up with. I call for patriots, where ever possible to stretch out the hand of friendship and solidarity with Polish people in Wales, get to learn of their, history and culture and traditions as much as teaching them ours. I urge setting up of 'WELCOME TO WALES POLISH COMMITTEES' in our communities. I for one look forward to the day that the 'Polish White Eagle' is seen along side our own 'White Eagle' at Patriotic Commemorations, Rallies and Parades. I believe Cayo had a Polish teacher at Milfield School, whom enspired Cayo's Nationalism.
