1: Smoking Kills, my friend and our old comrade 'Adfywiadwr Gwlatgarol' Toni, just loved the ''Coffin Nails'' and they did for him in the end. Hopefully J.J. by now will have given them up, I did! After a long battle with the ''Devils Weed'', having tried to give them up a number of times I finnaly did it! To my suprise it was no great problem, in week running up to Millenium New Years Eve 1999, the annual same old new year resolution regards ''giving up fags'' came into mind but I made no big deal of it. Millenium Eve of 2000 came, and I made my way down to Saint Pauls Cathedral (I often sat on the steps there in summer on way home from work, to take a breather and watch the world go by) to capture the atmosphere, listen to the bells and watch the fireworks over our ''First City''. Coming up to midnight, I had the ''makings of just one roll up'', this I made and at five minutes to midnight I began to smoke ''my last fag''. One minute to midnight and the bells of Saint Paul's Cathedral began to toll, before they had finnished and the new Millenium rang in, I flicked my unfinnished fag into the gutter and said ''NEVER AGAIN!'. Since then I have not had one ''ciggie'' but the amazing thing was, I had none of the usual ''cold turkey'', this time around it was easy! Why? Maybe God intervened? or just might have had something to do with the Saint John's Wort Tablets I had been taking to increase memory? Important to a ''Remembrancer''. I had learnt all about the power of Saint John's Wort from Toni, it of course was the national ''herb'' of the Isle of Man, worn on 'Tynwald Day' (5th July). Saint John's wort is also associated with witchcraft and the Isle of Man as a major association with witches, Saint John's day is around midsummer and 'Tynwald day' is in the time of 'Troad y Rhod'. (Q: who was our Cymric prince with IoM connection and not suprising perhaps, had an interest in wizardry?). Whatever, it will interest you that modern research has claimed that Saint John's Wort has anti - depressent values, and could aid in the giving up of nicotine, but other medical research is not sure about this? If ''in doubt do nought'' untill you have checked such out with your doctor OK! In conclusion just want to say to fellow 'Adfywiadyr Gwlatgarol', SMOKING! PACK IT IN OK! Give the Money to the cause instead?

2: Having got all that out of the way, lets get down to business, regards the greatest ''Health Danger'' to Welsh Patriots is the

Now get this, it does not matter to the 'STATE', that you or the organisation you belong to is democratic and ''non - violent''. If your involved in the struggle for Welsh Freedom and Independence, that goes without saying your a ''SUBVERSIVE'' as you seek to break up the ''UNITED KINGDOM'', and that is just not on! is it now! This means that sooner or later you may fall victim to the virus of the ''Brit'' Secret Security Services whom carry out much in way of their own subversion of our Patriotic Movements by various means. They have a number of useful tools in their bag to serve their ends well, as the 'INFILTRATOR AGENT'' aka ''Spy'' but none so useful as the 'INTERNAL INFORMER' and best of all these may be an existing patriot and member of a 'Patriotic Society' or Campaign or whatever, who has been 'TURNED'.
