At the Welshpool meeting it was announced that there are plans to increase the windfarm development by a further 700MW which would mean another Hub and another 400kV power line. We could win this fight for the Rea Valley and have to face another battle for the same reason in a couple of years. It is becoming clear that we have to fight the whole lot - Tan8, Windfarms, Hubs and Pylons as a united campaign. It was also announced last night that there will be a protest organsised at the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff. Shropshire will be there too.
