However, 'Adfywiadwyr' must first understand true patriotic struggle needs to be founded within a Campaign of Cymric Consciousness. Priority will be to wage struggle against 500 years of ''Cerebral Colonialism'',empowering us to prevail against ''Slavish Servitude''. Thence setting fourth to de-colonise our homeland and communities of the Symptoms and Symbols of English Imperialism and Colonialism.

It used to be a tradition amongs the Celtic Peoples at Lugnasadha to walk into the Mountains to welcome the Sun at Dawn in the East and make a farewell to the Sun as it set in the West. This year of special place to Welsh Patriots for a 'Convocation of Eagles' and a gathering of Red Stags and Grey Wolves shall be the place on high they call Allt y Eyryr. This place where the Eagles once gathered in the wild, wild lands of 'Y Gwerin Owain', is reached via the holy blessed place they call 'Bwlch y Groes', from there walk along 'Wuan y Gadfa' under 'Y Gadfa'. From there the strongest and bravest of 'Adfywaiadwyr Gwladgarol' shall proceed to the place of the Eagle, they call 'Allt y Eryr' and before them to the East they will see the land of the 'Seven Rivers' that has become Llyn Vyrnwy.Be mindful that six of these Rivers flow from the Western Lands of 'Y Cymry' into the 'One River' that flows to the East into 'Y Blaenau Diroedd' that one day we shall set fourth to recover from the 'Saxon invaders' of the lands of Powys Fawr.

Return at Sunset to Bwlch y Groes and rise high the Celtic Cross and remember 'Y Croes Naid' that we also swear to recover and return to the land of our ancient Cymric Princes
