BALCHDER CYMRU: It's a.....................

....It's a Beer of course, and looks to be a good one too! Plus it is an home country business, so worth supporting in any 'BUY WELSH CAMPAIGN'. Check out Balchder Cymru Beer on the web, see Taste of Conwy - Bragdy Brewery.

.......and below just the perfect song to be singing after a few pints of course, for some ''Dutch Courage'' just in case there are any of those Three Feather Tattooed RWF Vets around, particularly in North East Wales, especialy in and around Wrexham way.

This song is one of course is well known in Ireland, and there are numerous versions, this Welsh version (author unknown, although it sounds like something Patriotic Bard Harri Webb might have written) is possibly just as relevant today has it was in the 60's, perhaps even more so? After all if all our so called ''Welsh Republican'' stalwarts today are not up to protesting about the British Army recruiting Welsh Lads to fight in England's foreign military adventures, as 1950's real Welsh Republicans did, so at least you can sing your patriotic protests in a Pub or maybe annually in Tafarn Llywelyn of course, and in Tafarn Mochyn Ddu on Dydd Dewi. I have been told that in the 20's & 30's the more Communist minded Miners used to visit Dole offices and collect up Brit Army Recruiting leaflets and ''Bin & Burn em!''. It always amazes me, that on Dydd Dewi in Caerdydd the British Army Welsh Regiment holds major public displays around the ''Capital'' aimed at impressing the unemployed (and the kids, thinking of the future) enough, to consider ''Joining the Colours''. Now one would think, that with all the ''Welsh Nats'' in town, especially the Plaid Paciifist CND crowd and scattering of ''wannabe Welsh Republican heroes". You might think that they would be picket protesting the British Army, but no! So where are they, why off Dewi Day parading down to the Assembly to lick the ass of Dic Sion Dafydd et al aka now ''The Till Robbers''. Whatever, Cambria Band is ok, as far as it goes, but that seems a bit ''Brit Army Band style'', what we need really is a Patriotic Folk group, or Welsh Rock Band to belt out a few of these songs from SONGS OF THE REVOLUTION From The Sixties (obviously, there's been no revolution since, only the Reformism of Devolution Dilettantes and Retro Romantic Republican Rubbish). Not least in good time for the 40th Anniversary of ADFYWIAD GWLADGAROL FAWR against the 1969 Investiture.

Regards RWF, go see my I'r Gad Welsh Battlefield Campaign for more on they, perhaps someone can tell me, if it's true or not. Are they the only British Army Regiment that does not have to make the ''Loyal Toast'' to the English Monarchy? Amazing if it's true! Whatever, I certainly consider than when your visiting Caernarfon Castle on 1 July 2009, you certainly go see the RWF museum there, I think it's excellent. Whilst that other Museum of English Princes of Wales and their Investitures just makes me want to throw up!!! Talk about making me want to throw up, see my item over on my Rali Cilmeri blog regards Tasker Watkins Statue, The FWA Nine and the ''patriotic'' Sculptor David Petersen.

An afterthought: We must keep in mind that Wales is not Ireland over there, they are very clear what is an Irish Republican, even if it may be ''Official'' or ''Provo''. Plus one does not find so many ''Fence Sitting Fiddlers'' in Ireland has there are in Wales, not least at Rali Cilmeri. I must also say this, some of the finest Patriots & Nationalists, I have known, not least five of the FWA Nine put on trial in 1969 had been in the British Army. They were only the ''tip of the iceburg'' as many I encountered in the FWA had done ''National Service'', of course may ''Welsh Nats'' had fought in WW II including Clif Bere. Cliff's experience of the war and ''Brit Army'' made him a real Welsh Republican and essentially the Father of contemporary real Welsh Republicanism (Unfortunatly Iolo et al were essentialy Anti Monarchist ''Brit Republicans'', much like our Guardianesque Republicans in Wales today). This is similar to the birth of the FLN and the Revolutionary Struggle in post WW II Algeria, for many young Algerians, by being conscripted into the French Army like many Welsh into the British Army, had of course made it possible for them to jump out of the box. What box? the box of Chapel Pacifist Culture and the many ways of Social Control that grew in and around non - conformity and a generally pro Brit ''Conservitive Culture'', that had sprung out of Victorian Eisteddfods. Keep an eye on my exposure of ''Cambrianism'' over on my Cenedl Cymru Rydd blog, for more on these matters. But for now Da Boch Chi to Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol and ta! ta! to you ''Tartan Taffs'' et al, you know the ''Daffies'' who want to sign petitions against another Investiture of Another English Prince of Wales, pretty scary stuff that!!!! That should stop it, just has a petition stopped the WRU having a ''William Wales'' Trophy Cup, like Hell it did! WAKE UP!!!
.
PS: Listen up the few ''Taffy Tossers'' out there, who want to shut me up, you ''Cymric Crackers'' will have to do a lot more than pen me your childish diatribes to stop me exposing your Patriotic Knee Jerking Lilly Livered Posing, Posturing & Parading about, so put up or shut up you 'Ficking ijeets'. Like just a Little bit of Peacefull Picket Protest Demonstrative (nothing dangerouse) Confrontation with those who just love Investitures of English Princes of Wales, visiting the Castle that day for a Banquet of the Brainless who want to mark the 2009, 40th anniversary of the 1969 Investiture of Carlo the Land Grabber of Cottages in Cymru.
